Venice curiosities - part three

Well, at long last (but not least;-)) here come Venice curiosities part three.

Have a look at this fantasic mixture of Italy and China for a start.

Once we visited one Korean restaurant in Giudecca to have… Tiramisu. Well, as you can see everything’s possible.

Apart from Tiramisu what is the most typical and well-known and loved worldwide speciality of the Italian cuisine? Pasta, of course! Below you have a picture of a selection of pasta made especially for the sophisticated taste of the tourists;-) We found the shop in Burano.

And what’s the symbol of Venice? Even if you don’t know, you’ll find that out pretty soon and the omnipresent flags won’t let you forget.

Just look at the proud St. Mark’s Lion.

As every tourist-based city, Venice has its epoch-clothed mimes standing in the streets and welcoming you (and counting on you putting some coins into their boxes;-))

But the best is yet to come (as Brian Adams sang some time ago). Here it goes. Imagine the tourist peak in one of the biggest tourist attractions (yes, I mean Venice). And then watch this:

This means “closed for holiday”. We, at least, couldn’t help laughing.
